10 SELF IMPROVEMENT HABITS

 

  1. Be proud of yourself.
  2. Sleep well.
  3. The reason and excuses are different things. If there is a reason do not do it, if you excuse – do it.
  4. If you feel bad – help unselfishly those who feel worse than you.
  5. From time to time just help someone.
  6. If you work at home, do not lie in bed with notebook. Work on the desk and without pyjamas.
  7. Do not read new, blogs and anything more than your job requires.
  8. Do what you have wanted to do for a long time, but for some reasons you have never done.
  9. Eat in a quiet environment and on time, do not eat sandwiches while walking disorderly.
  10. Spend the holidays with your family and friends.
