SEPARATE THESE PRODUCTS IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT

The products that we have to refuse during the diet:

  1. The products that contain a lot of E food additives
  2. Factory sweets, confectionery food, ice cream, chocolate
  3. Baked goods, bread and rolls baked from white flour
  4. Sodas
  5. Sugar
  6. Semi-fabricated food, fast-food, junk-food
  7. Sausages
  8. Mayonnaise, ketchup, margarine
  9. Fried foods

 

The products that you have to include in your diet:

  1. Cereal, bread baked from roughly milled grain
  2. Honey, dried fruits
  3. Vegetables
  4. Low fat beef and chicken meat
  5. Fish (oily is also preferable), seafood
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. Nut (moderately)
  8. Dairy products (low fat)
  9. Legumes (like beans, lentils, peas and etc.)
  10. Egg
  11. Water (1.5-2 liter per day according to your weight)

Remember! As the more percentage of fat will be reduced and the less weight you will have to lose, the more careful you have to be with your diet and try to follow the rules.
