Mexican potatoes and Chicken leg quarters Recipe

Ingredients:

3 Chicken leg quarters

3 Potatoes

3 Garlic Cloves

¼ Tablespoon Lemon juice

3 Tablespoon Soy sauce

¼ Tablespoon Oregano

¼ Tablespoon Salt

Directions:

At first, prepare the marinade, chop the garlic, add lemon juice and soy sauce, paprika powder and salt. Put the chicken leg quarters in the marinade. Wait for 2 hours.

Wash the potatoes together with the peel, slice and put in the vessel. Add salt and paprika powder.
