Easy and healthy recipes – Pancakes with cottage cheese

Ingredients:

1 Egg

1 Cup oatmeal

3 Teaspoon milk

½ Cup cottage cheese

1/8 Tablespoon salt

Directions:

Whisk egg and milk, add salt and oatmeal. Add salt to cottage cheese too.

Drop tablespoonfuls of mixture into the hot frying pan. Turn and cook on both sides. We get 2 small pancakes. Put the cottage cheese in the pancakes.
